Accessibility Studies

  • There is much more to providing true access then considering only the physical space.  Those with sensory impairments are frequently neglected in architectural and digital designs.
  • We are uniquely able to look at and analyze the features of the environments you provide to guests, that other environmental analyzers typically overlook.
  • These may include access to:

    • Safety information, signs & print or digital materials.
    • How to use & understand phones, remote controls, and climate controls without vision.
    • Facility preparedness to recieve and accomodate service animals.

  • Staff training related to sensitivity toward all clientelle with any type of unique characteristic, which can also include the correct approach to enabling the patron to gain access through providing knowledge based information of the facility and its systems.
